Visions
Institute of Human Resources Development has been transformed in to the Human Resources University, which is the biggest non-governmental organization in Cambodia. The University has actively been cooperating with MoEYS in educational field to produce Human Resources by paying its special attention to disadvantaged students who can not afford to study in higher educational institutions, both public and private.
Activities
- Try to achieve the above mentioned aims.
- Cooperate actively with the govenment in reducing the poverty among the people by attracting sponsorship from international communities.
- Admit students for short-term or long-term diplomas, bachelors, masters and PhD recongnized by MoEYS.
- Lower tuition fee
- Help to find jobs for students up on their graduation
Aims
- To provide the students with degrees recognized by MoEYS and ACC Up on their successful graduation.
- To find decent jobs with proper salaries.
Organization's aims
- To admit disadvantaged students from provinces, this accounts for 75% Of the total students selected.
- To update curriculum conforming to Credit System.
- To focus on quality, capacity and future jobs
- To practice strict disciplines and ethics.
