Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: ABOUT COMPANY: Angkor Home Hotel is an international 4star hotel, located in the heart of Siem Reap town, is looking for the qualified candidate for the position of Human Resources Manager Duties & Job responsibilities: - Ensures and enhances the company's productivity through ensuring the quality and the commitment of the personnel through implementing effective human resource strategies. - In charge of the coordination, auditing, and administration of payroll and benefits policies and procedures. - Develops and maintains Human Resource Manuals and handbooks. - Plans, develops and implements methods of selection, promotion and compensation for the personnel. - Continually develops new training and organizational programs.

职位要求

	- Must have at least 5 years experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years experience as Human Resources Manager. - Possess excellent communication and evaluation skills. - Excellent working knowledge of payroll, leave and attendance management; recruitment, induction and development of employees. - Be able to deal different kinds of people from different backgrounds
