工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age:18 25- Responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the F/O section whilst on duty. - To ensure all guests’ registration policies are fully performed. - All duties and tasks performed are to be procedurally correct, timely and consistently high quality. - To ensure through personal presentation, effective and efficient work practices and guest service standards. - To ensure that all guests are checked out, yet warm and friendly manner. - To ensure that all guests are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by company. - To ensure all guests enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful and friendly manner. - To maintain and be aware of the important guest recognition. - To actively promote the services, facilities and standards of Company at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all time. - To understand, be supportive, helpful and encourage all colleagues and guests. - Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism. - All other duties as assigned.

	- High School diploma or the equivalent. - 18 – 25 years old. - Good appearance with smiling, friendly and elegant speaking. - Able to speak Vietnamese and/or Chinese and/or English. - Basic Computer literacy. - Willing to learn more and able to in day or night shift.
