- Fluent in Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills
- Have a strong Decision
- Preparing Marketing plan
- Work base in Phnom Penh Office
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing
- 3-5 years working experience (experience related to ISP is preferred)
- organization and planning, problem analysis and problem-solving
- team-leadership, formal presentation skills and persuasiveness
- innovative
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office tools and the Internet
- Have a Driver License
