	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 Age:22 30- Developing and growing new client base related to the fast growing market of condominium and hotel construction in Cambodia. - Manage business development efforts to meet and or exceed targets - Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing clients - Negotiate bill rates and conversion fees with clients

	- Experience of 2 years in a related field - Good knowledge of English both writing and speaking - Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills - Ability to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment - Very strong networking and referral building skills - Computer literacy Ms. Office, Internet and e-mail and outlook - Strong sense of customer service - Good organizational skills
