工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3 Age:27 35* Salary US$300 - US$450 ( 6 to 7 months project ) URGENT * Draw Layout Floor Plan and 2D autocad building structure * Able to recruit workers and control workers efficiently on Site. * Able to construct building from starting to finish * Understand the Government Law on construction * Must be Good to Create Bill of Quantities and Estimated Cost * Must be able to Calculate loading weight using Robot * Knowledge on buying material for construction * Able to work on Public Holiday and Sunday when required * Able to work outside of Phnom Penh is an added advantage * Very honest and responsible to meet deadline * Polite and Professional attitude * Willing to teach workers & co-operate with young workers * Must be able to communicate in Khmer and English

职位要求

	* Degree in Civil Engineering * Able to construct villa, condominium, factory & do renovation. * 3 to 5 years experience in similar position * Ability to speak Chinese will have an added advantage * Ability to use Autocad & Sketch-up will have an added advantage
