We are looking for highly motivated strong Sales and Marketing team to market our products throughout the country. Essential Job Functions: 1. Travel to provinces to market and sell our products 2. Learn about the clients and craft the perfect sales pitch 3. Maintain business relationship with clients 4. Handle clients relation 5. Meet sales target set by the Sales Manager 6. Report directly to the Sales Manager 7. Other duties as assigned Salary: Starting at $120 + Sales Commission/Incentives

Persuasive Communication Skills Competency: ● Ability to deal with difficult situations ● Numerical and budgeting skills ● Initiative, high sense of responsibility ● Relationship management and interpersonal skills ● Communication, influencing and negotiating skills ● Ability to understand a customer’s demand and his expectation about the products Required knowledge and skills: ? Talkative, Friendly, Tolerant, and Patient ? Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills with 2 or more years of demonstrated ability to work effectively ? Be able to travel to provinces on a regular basis ? Fluency in English language ? Knowledge in Chinese language is strongly preferred ? Previous machinery, especially rice milling, industry experience strongly preferred ? Experience in AutoCAD is preferred ? Driving Experience is preferred
