工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:1 Age:18 30- Check all arrivals due on your shift. - Give prompt and efficient service to all customers. - Efficient service for all guests and accurate record keeping of bookings and financial records. - Ensure prompt attention to all enquiries. - Deal with, or refer, any inquiries or complaints for prompt resolution. - Ensure prompt answering of all phone calls – both internal and external. - Generate accurate reports for Housekeeping and Food and Beverage divisions. - Ensure that all amounts due to the hotel from all divisions are charged for and collected or charged. - Keep accurate records of monies received and ensure that the float is balanced. - Ensure validity of all credit card emitted for payment. Inform guests about any additional charge for credit cards. - Work closely and cooperatively with other front office staff (and all other staff) and inform the following shift of arrivals due and any other outstanding matters or potential problems affecting the operation of the hotel. - Any other task as instructed by the General Manager

It is situated near the busy part of town with a 5 minute drive to Old Market, Night Market, and Pub Street, a 10 minute drive to the airport, and a 15 minute drive to Angkor Wat temple, the hotel offers a range of accommodation from Standard, superior and deluxe room facing to city view and garden view with private balcony offering in reasonable price.

Guests can sample a variety of Cambodian and Western dishes along with refreshing cocktails, fine wines, and local beer in our restaurant or at the outdoor pool.

For convenience, the hotel provides a free one way pick up from bus station and airport. Moreover, we offer a complimentary one way transfer to town (Old market/Night market/Pub Street) from 7:00 am. till 9:00 pm.
