	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:5+ Age:20 50NOYAKONG Group is a rice milling machinery distributor based in Phnom Penh. We have clients spread out in provinces. We are looking for someone with experience building a sales organization and managing the business from the ground up. Essential job functions: 1. Manage new business of Generators and Air compressor 2. Generate leads 3. Issue Marketing Plan 4. Assemble and manage a sales team 5. Set sales strategies and keep track of sales team’s performance everyday 6. Meet revenue goals 7. Handle client relation. 8. Other duties as assigned

Persuasive Communication Skills Competency: ● Ability to deal with difficult situations ● Numerical and budgeting skills ● Initiative, high sense of responsibility ● Relationship management and interpersonal skills ● Communication, influencing and negotiating skills ● Strategy development and implementation ● Planning and organizing Minimum Requirements: ● Excellent knowledge in Generator/Air Compressor industry ● Team player with strong leadership skills and 5 or more years of demonstrated ability to manage effectively ● Master of Business Administration or related fields ● Prior sales management experience, building and leading sales teams, developing people and driving results ● Extensive knowledge in durable goods ● Previous machinery, especially rice milling, industry experience strongly preferred ● Fluency in spoken and written English ● Fluency in spoken and written Chinese strongly preferred
