Job Description

1. Software Installer & Researcher (5 positions)
Part-Time

- Responsible for software installation and multimedia upload for all devices (mobile phone, game console, mac and pc)
- Teaching customers how to use the software (at customers request)
- Research all new software and firmware upgrades and tweaks/hack for all device systems
- Training the Frontline team so that they can use the software and sell it to customers
- Do other work-related tasks assigned by management

2. Cashier (1 position)
Full Time

- Compute and record total of transactions
- Perform basic cashier functions
- Hand out on sales
- Do other work-related tasks assigned by management

Jobs Requirement

1. Software Installer & Researcher

- Have some basic knowledge of computer and mobile phone
- Fluent in Khmer and profound knowledge of English both spoken and written
- Able to speak Chinese is a plus
- Self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner, smart & hard work
- Able to work on Saturday & Sunday, including holidays
- Open and communicative personality
- Able to use MS Office and Khmer Unicode and Limon fluently
- Able to work in KTOP and use KTOP facilities and resources in order to do the research

2. Cashier

- Female only
- Candidate must be customers friendly
- Good communication
- Average English skill, Chinese is a plus
- Punctuality and honest
- Self-motivated
- Quick learner, smart & hard work
- Able to work on Saturday & Sunday, including holidays
- Able to use MS Office and Khmer Unicode
