- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or Marketing - At least 4-6 years experience in Sales & Marketing for both products and services - Excellent leadership, resource management and communication skills. - Proven ability to lead, build and deliver change. - Be honest - Ability to take both a strategic and tactical view of the business - Committed and excellent communication, confident, aggressive, responsible and self-discipline. - Strong interpersonal skills with good command of both English and Thai language - Be initiative and creative
