Accurately administer front desk clerical systems and procedures. . Welcome guests as soon as they arrive with due care and attention . Assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department and all related Guest services . Help encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly, personalized relationships . Effectively manage the Reception and ensuring incoming calls are given the finest service excellence . To handle every query, including Reservations inquiries in a polite and courteous manner

职位要求

	. Successful applicants will have at least two years experience in quality establishments and good knowledge of English are essential. . Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree. . Must be well presented and professionally groomed . For females, at least 165 cm. in height . For males, at least 172 cm. in height . Must be computer literate, have experience with large volume cash handling, posses mathematical/analytical skills and excellent customer service skills. . Secretarial skills and foreign languages are also preferred. . Proactive and hard-working; . Willing to work under pressure, long term and hard-working . Ready and flexible to work at all required time and in occasional mission; . Careful and pay attention to details;
