工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 Age: - Coordinates and communicates with the requesting persons about the detailed specifications of the items requested. - Ensures encoding and traceability of data related to purchasing activities. - Prepares and maintains Purchase Contracts. - Negotiates the prices, delivery and payment terms with the suppliers. - Ensures on time deliveries and correctness of products from the suppliers. - Double-checks the invoice before sending to the Accounting Department for payment. - Monitors and evaluates suppliers. - Ensures on time payment of the trades payables. - Continuously looks for manageable suppliers and maintains good business relationship with them. - Constantly follows the evolution of local market in order to inform the site managers regarding the presence of the new items usually purchased overseas.

职位要求

- Male or Female, aged 28 and above. - Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration. - At least 2-year experience in purchasing, preferably in construction industry. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and managerial skills - Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer, both oral and written. Mandarin is a plus. - Can work independently and under pressure. - Honest, very organized and a team player. - Knowledgeable in software applications like Microsoft Office, Peachtree, Internet & etc.
