-To prepare and note for some booking with the travel agent
for commission payment.
-To ensure that all staff handles telephone in good manner,
using proper telephone etiquette
-To update filing, cancellation, corporate rate, contract
rate, other package and promotion.
-To review the VIP next day arrival & its request.
-To prepare pickup report, cancellation report, meal
reservations forecast and submit these to respective
department.
-Be able to deal with chinese tour agencies.
7.Sale & marketing coordinator (male/female 1pax)
-Be able to handle chinese market
-Restaurant product knowledge
-Be able to maximize revenue through : advsertisement,
promotion, personal selling, public relation and pricing
strategy.
-Follow up with daily sale cash summary report
-Be able to use cashiering soft ware like blue technology,
pos system.
-Be able to use office equipments and computer software
like : word, excel, powerpoint and some basic of the
design.
-Be able to train subordinats to achieve sale objectives.
8.Driver
-To know how to solve the problem in case of any accident.
He must carry a valid driver license.
-To maintain the cleanliness of the car at all time.
