工作描述

	Vacancy Type:Plantation Manager Work Experience: Age:28 37The Plantation Manager will be responsible for managing, planning and controlling 500 hectare of agricultural/farming operations including paddy, peanut and maize establishment, cultivation and harvesting in Kampong Thom Province.

职位要求

- Farm operations leadership experience. - Excellent organizational, planting and people management skill. - Possess team work spirit, good communication skill and interpersonal skills. - At least 10 years large scale agriculture environment / farm management experience. - BS degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, Crop Science, Horticulture or related degree. - Knowledge and experience in production, logistics, and distribution activities. - Demonstrated safety management experience. - Excellent agronomic knowledge and management skills. - Experience of successfully working with contractors/partners. - Knowledge of general industry procedures, practices, and terminology. - Field experience in large agronomic / farm environment. - Experience with year round harvesting operation. - Ability to use business software to include spreadsheets. - Paddy, Maize and Peanut crop experience required, other root crops preferred. - Crop irrigation systems experience preferred. - Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
