Job Description

Help in managing day-to-day activities at front office
Schedule staff to ensure coverage in the outlet
Security on cash handling procedure
Maintain the service standard
Inspect the cleaning area and staff appearance then act accordingly
coordinate with other departments to satisfied the guest service
Control the check in and check out
Supervise and train the fellow staff
Attend the meeting and brief to the staff
Maintain the policy and procedure of Hotel
Report daily to Manager

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor Degree in relative file
2 years experiences in 3 or 4 stars Hotel
Good computer literacy,internet,Email
Handle the guest complain and solve the problem
Fluency of both speaking and writing in English
Good interpersonal skill,hard working,honest,high responsibilities and able to work in team
Good communication skill.
Able to work in flexible shift
