1.Assist Restaurant Manager (1 position)

-Assist the manager in building and maintaining a strong
and efficient team.
-Assist the manager in creating loyal and trustworthy staff
who takes pride in their work providing the highest
possible level of service.
-Assist the manager in supervising and overseeing the
administration of the restaurant.
-Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest
improvements to the manager.
-supervise,oversee and assist subordinates during busy
periods in service.
-demonstrate thorough knowledge on products, menus and
equipment.
-liaise with kitchen and Bar on daily operations.
-Bachelor degree in the field of management.
-at leaset 3 years experiences in the position required.
-good appearance and communication , good knowledge of
leadership skill.
-Be able to speak english and chinese.

2.waitress(8 positions )

-Be responsible for accountable over all beverage cost and
do inventory after operation hours
-Ensure that no reusable beverage is wasted.
-Monitor the quality and quantity of all beverage items
served.
-Control breakages and losses of operating equipment.
