工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: ? Ensure good and effective customer services in VisonFund ? Develop the guideline/procedure to ensure the effective work flow of customer relation of all VisionFund’s branches. ? Assist in developing customer services recording system and ensure it is properly and timely recorded and updated. ? Welcoming/Entertaining customers/visitors with effective & professional manners (friendly, smile, salutation etc.) ? Interact with both internal and external customers/visitors to provide information in response to inquiries about products and/or services ? Provide technical guidance/support in relation to customer services to the relevant staff at branches to build good customer services principle ? Act as a focal person to handle all inquiries about products and services and forward those to the relevant persons when necessary ? Act as a marketing agent to promote VisionFund Cambodia’s products and/or services, identity, brand name. ? Coordinate and manage the space and necessary assistance/arrangement to the clients while using VisionFund Cambodia’s products and/or services ? Perform other functions that may be required by supervisor

	? Fully understand and agree on VisionFund’s Mission, purpose, values, and objectives. ? Bachelor degree/Master degree in Marketing, Accounting or Finance & Banking. ? At least one year experience in related field in bank or other financial institutions ? Good at people skill “Friendly, Courteous, and Respectful at all times”. ? Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing ? Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure promptness response to customer inquiries ? Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. ? Good English speaking and writing skills. ? Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness and consider long term.
