Job Description

- To plan marketing activities.
- To supervise preparation of marketing materials including company profile.
- To innovate marketing activities to promote BP INEX DESIGN (Simply, Trendy, Creative).
- To respond to enquiries by arranging meeting with clients and site visits.
- To maintain a database of existing and potential clients.
- Prepare marketing progress reports each week.
Liaise with the design team and follow through the design process ensuring the design meets the client’s requirements.
- Make sure correct drawings and documentation is provided on time to client.
- Meet with clients in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of BP INEX DESIGN.
- Prepare progress reports for each project to Project Manager or client for reporting up to date.
- Other duties as assigned by project manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree in civil engineering, architect, business management or marketing.
- Experience in Business, Construction, Management or Marketing.
- Good spoken, written, and listing skills in English, and other language.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Internet …etc.
- Knowledge of Decoration work, Advertising work,
- Good interpersonal skills and communications,
- Good team player and have motivated to help company to be successful.
