- 1-2 years experience in Customers Service or Sales & Marketing (FMCG or Telecome)
- A genuine interest in working with and helping customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good presentation and a polite, tactful and friendly character
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a patient, calm and effective way.
- Understanding of computer systems and cash registers, for some jobs
- Able to speak other language is a plus
