POSITION VACANT- Salary Range: From 250USD to 280 USD/Month- Urgent!
Six Project Field Officers (1 year contract with possibility renewal)

ABOUT CUFA
Credit Union Foundation Australia (CUFA) was created in 1971 and is the Australian Credit Union Movement’s development agency working across the Asia Pacific Region. It is a not-for-profit organisation focusing on strengthening communities and developing people through access to the affordable financial services through credit unions.

CUFA is looking for A Project Field Officer for the Children’s Financial Literacy Program in SvayRieng Province. This position will be required to travel to Phnom Penh and other provinces.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
To give savings education to school children between the ages of 7-12 at selected school
Perform administrative support tasks to CFL Project Coordinator
Keep up to date and maintain databases, training records and other documents
Maintains calendar for training given in schools
Be the translator for the Leadership Challenge who will visit the children run once a year and for any other international visitors
Willing to conduct a home visits to both short and further distant directly to the children houses
Must aware of any unexpected risk and problem by taking care whenever conducting trip to any village
Prepare any trips to visit the place where the Children Financial Literacy Program is taken place
Use email and Skype to communicate with Project Officer and other CUFA staff
Help to collect data for the Village Entrepreneur Initiative program

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
CUFA CFL Program Coordinator and CUFA colleagues
School Directors
School Teachers
Local Savings Banks
Children and their parents
Good communication with Provincial Department of Education Youth and Sports

Jobs Requirement

Essential Criteria
Local community resident required
Good English (written and verbal)
Ability to deliver lessons to children
Some understanding of financial concepts
Computer literacy in Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel
Willingness to travel within their local province

Desirable Criteria
Knowledge of, and involvement in, the credit union movement
