	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:5 Age:28 451. Develop knowledge of content needs for RMEC and TV packaging processes and procedures. 2. Works closely with content providers, reviews all existing signed contracts and offers, develops the understanding for future business/ marketing needs and points for negotiations with the TV channels/ providers. 3. Creates reports to the content providers and ensures that this is done in the timeframes stipulated by the existing contracts. 4. Creates and approves with management the concept for creating 2 RMEC’s TV channels, works closely with content providers and technical team to create it. 5. Works on development of interactive components of RMEC’s offers (VAS), mobile technology and other digital platforms. 6. Research new content and scope out work and resource required for new content acquisition 7. Raise, discuss and resolve content production issues 8. Works in partnership with marketing managers, sales, and product and service areas to understand business goals and strategic marketing communications needs. 9. Identifies, selects and plans tactics appropriate for delivering timely and topical content to desired target audience. 10. Recommends and gains agreement on content strategies for supporting marketing and business initiatives. 11. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

	- Qualifications Educated to Degree Level or Equivalent (Media, Public Relation) - Minimum 3-5 years related experiences - Confident negotiator - Ability to make key strategic decisions, establish processes and influence a wide range of stakeholders - Demonstrable ability to balance a large number of competing commercial priorities and to assign resources effectively - Proven track record of successfully managing or working closely with teams across multiple departments and of leading cross-functional project teams - Real commercial and creative acumen and excellent analytical abilities - Good client/supplier management skills
