Job Description

In this position you will:
- Develop new business by following up on generated leads
- Sell new products to potential client base via telephone and/or face to face
- Up-sell new and existing customers in order to maximize revenue and maintain business relationships
- Monthly and long-term renewals of designated client contracts
- Establish and cultivate key relationships via the telephone or face to face as necessary
- Use retention efforts effectively to reduce cancellation of designated clients
- Address accounting and/or over-usage issues on designated accounts
- Take care of customers' questions and needs relative to sales related issues
- Possess a positive, proactive attitude and demonstrate appropriate interpersonal communication and organizational skills to contribute effectively to a team environment
- Identify and communicate key competitive challenges in the workplace
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and handle challenging situations with clients
- Work with customer support department to ensure complete and timely client support
- Attain established goals set by self and direct report
- Occasional travel to tradeshows

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Sales or a related field or equivalent proven experience
- Proven B2B sales ability/ experience - minimum 5 years
- Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills
- Ability to speak or present in front of a group
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system
