Job Description

- In line with restructuring of sales organization to suit specific territory and channel needs
- Ensure better accountability and focus in respective sales territory.
- Grow sales volume, value and profit in respective sales territory;
- in line with regional channel objectives for
- the execution of field sales strategy RTM,
- the effective coverage of the geographical area,
- the leadership role in managing respective sales supervisors,

Jobs Requirement

- 4 years working experiences in FMCG
- BBA or Master Degree
- Be passionate, proactive, a self-starter, commercially smart, dynamic, creative, and detail oriented
- Computer literacy
- English proficiency
