工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3-4 Age: - Provide consistent and professional spa treatments, including massage, facials, and body treatments that are compliant with spa protocols and practices - Ensure that treatment rooms and outside locations are clean, neatly arranged, have the proper lighting, and are quiet and free from distractions - Handle guests’ queries and concerns efficiently and politely - Uphold the standards of hygiene and sanitation as directed by spa policies and procedures - Be able to work with little or no direct supervision - Perform prep work, correctly clean, and restock spa rooms as necessary - Communicate to supervisor any challenges that require management attention - Actively support the spa, treatments, services and any programs, promotions and/or discount offerings - Be flexible with the spa schedule, accommodating guest requests as required - Properly care for tools and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost control - Maintain a pleasant and serene attitude to promote a feeling of relaxation in the spa - Regularly take part in and support training and staff meetings for the spa - Help in all areas of spa operation as requested

职位要求

- High School graduate and/or vocational training degree - Thorough knowledge of massage, facial, and treatment techniques - At least 3-4 years of work experience delivering spa treatments – professional training preferred - Excellent communication and listening skills – must be able to communicate with guests in English - Have a welcoming and outgoing personality - Proven integrity and good character - Highly accountable and dependable - Good knowledge of sanitation and hygiene - Flexible working hours and able to work under pressure with positive attitude. - Computer skills
