Job Description

- Design, analyze, and present national public opinion polls;
- Design and implement systems to measure IRI progress in reaching established indicators and identify improvements to current programming;
- Manage, supervise and review data collection conducted by contracted research agencies or other internal personnel;
- Advise measurement function of the partnerorganization;
- Serve as advisor for Impact Evaluation ("IE") statistics and deliver requested information based on conducting randomizations, set-up and maintenance of database for trainer reports, data entry spot checks and IE related data from the partner organization;

Jobs Requirement

- University graduate in statistics, mathematics, sociology, or in a related field;
- Proven experience using SPSS, Excel, and Power Point required;
- Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills;
- Professionalwritten and spoken English and Khmer;
- Experience with focus groups preferred;
- Familiarity with Cambodian politics is a plus;
- Excellent problem solver and functions well in a multi-task environment.
