Significantly, instructor or coach has to provide a good teaching service to students and their parents. . Building a good relationship with the director, the academic Manager as well as teachers, other staff, and students . Creating open lines of communication throughout AEC

	. Holding Bachelor degree in English or equivalent degree . Compulsorily agreeing with the center mission, goals, core values, and systems . Adapting Cambodian Culture . Having knowledge in teaching English . Being capable of managing the class, and providing a good environment for studying . Knowing the EFL and ESL teaching approaches . Being fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and listening English . Possessing the basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email, etc.) . Having years of teaching experience . Being willing to teach English and accept other assignments
