Job Description
| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:2Age: - Develop policy; guideline and procedure of banking products such as deposits, money transfer, FX and other financial products to meet target demand and effectively capture target market. - Identify and develop/review existing deposit and banking products and services to meet and exceed customer demands. - Plan, prepare and deliver training course to relevant staffs on deposit and banking products and services. - Sales support and clarifying any doubts related to policies; guidelines and procedures in place in connection with deposit and banking products and services. - Implement and follow up with relevant staffs/officers, if necessary, to ensure proper implementation in regards to all applicable documentation; policy; guidelines, procedures in connection with deposit and banking products and services. - Filing progress report on the deposit and banking products & services. - Any other jobs assign by Department Manager |
Job Requirements
| - Academic degree in Banking & Finance / Marketing / Management. - General understanding of banking products and services at least 2 years experiences in banking industry. - Experiences and skills in policies, procedures, guidelines development of banking products and services. - Time management skills to handle the many demands on the post within the hours available. - Communication and training skills with internal and external. - Self motivated and able to manage own workload. - Flexible and responsive to the needs of the organization and its clients as they develop. - Positive outlook and cheerful, can-do attitude; a good team player; well-organized, confident and articulate. - Good at English. |
