Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Experience related to the field is advantage.
-Pleasant personality, positive attitude & open minded.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
-Able to work as part of a team under pressure.
-Self confident and hard working.
-Must be health, honest and industrious.
-Review and report all market activity and result
-Manage all marketing, Advertising and promotion staff and activity.
-Monitor how target market respond to marketing effort
-represent company in contact customers
-deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
-Get purchase order.
-Establish marketing strategies to meet company objectives
-Conduct market research to determine market requirement for existing and future product.
-Develop sale and marketing strategies
-Assist in seating up business plan marketing plan.
-Provide report to deputy Executive director

ASSIST IN SALES/MARKETTING PROGRAM
-Register and provide information to the customer
-Prepare product.
-Follow up and coordinate with customer.
-Prepare work plan for sale.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing or relevant fields.
- Male/Female Cambodian, at least 18 of age and above.
- High commitment to deliver the result and company’s expectation is advantaged.
- Dynamic, powerful, flexible and creative thinking.
- Honest and able to work independently and work well under pressure.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication skill and team work.
- Good commend of English written and spoken.
- Good communication with the customer/client.
