工作描述

Vacancy Type:Casino Operations Work Experience: Age: - Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, monitoring all casino programs for measurement against desired results. - Create a marketing strategy toward the most lucrative market segments in the casino marketplace. - Create, implement and monitor the advertising and public relations strategy toward key target markets to achieve revenue objectives. - Responsible for forecasts and budgets of the sales and marketing department. - Establish sales goals, forecasting group room nights and group room revenues; budgeting and management of the group sales effort. - Assist with the coaching, training, motivating and counseling of all managers and sales staff. - Stay abreast of the casino resort industry trends and recommend changes to positively affect operations. - Coordinate direct sales activities including promotions and familiarization trips. - Prepare all monthly reports timely and accurately. - Assist all management in establishing quality product standards and service levels - Be Knowledgeable in casino player development, player tracking and marketing information systems.

职位要求

	- Minimum of two years casino, hotel, and resort marketing experience with five or more years casino experience to include advertising and promotions, player development. - A team player and a leader with a friendly smile and positive attitude is a must.
