- Basic and advance cooking skills, at least 1-year- experience as C.D.P or same level in a hotel or a high class restaurant
- Able to communicate and write in English as an advantage
- Basic culinary math (food costing) and menu planning and creation
- Basic computer skills (word, excel)
- Be as a team leader that is able to handle a multi-task and be a good team work
- Able to manage and lead others
- Work and good co-operated with the team
- Be a team player able to get along well with all types of coworkers
- Be able to work in the different shifts and weekend
- Be able to work under presser environment
- Good acknowledged of food safety and hygienic
- Male (25 to 30 years old)
