Job Description

- Prepare the recruitment process for clients
- Meet and coordinate for the clients
- Understanding about the client's requirements
- Finding new clients who need staff urgently
- Prepare the job announcements to find the right candidates on time for clients
- Interview the candidates and follow up with them
- Follow up and assist the clients to select the right people
- Prepare the application package for clients
- Finding the new strategies for sales target
- Report to Managing Director
- Participating the meeting

Jobs Requirement

- Graduated from a reputable university, major in HRM, psychology, or management
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment/HRM
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Dynamic, flexible, Very good communication skills and honest.
- High Responsible for work, working hard
- At least 24 years old
- Self Development skills and learn the new things
