| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:10Age:30 501. Contribute as a member of the RMEC Leadership to the development and realization of integrated business strategies and plans, which ensure the optimal deployment and leveraging of total business capability and the realization of growth and sustained profitability. 2. Lead and drive the implementation of company initiatives owned by RMEC to ensure the full realization of business benefits. 3. Contribute to the exploration, development and prioritization of Finance policies and initiatives. 4. Scan the market environment, review and benchmark against competitors and develop Finance policies and initiatives which will enhance overall RMEC performance. 5. Utilize internal processes and networks to ensure the dissemination of knowledge and learning throughout the organization, to facilitate productivity gains and continuous improvements. 6. Develop Finance strategy and plans which will provide for an optimal contribution the realization of RMEC’s objectives and implementation of initiatives and the application of central policies and frameworks. 7. Manage the finance and accounting function across the organization to deliver strategy objectives of improved efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring compliance of law and bringing step change in transaction processing activity and aligning it to business processes. 8. Provide inspirational leadership to RMEC team generally and particularly to Finance and visibly demonstrate the Core Value to create a climate which values teamwork, the pursuit of excellence and the alignment of the Finance contribution with the consumer. 9. Uses persuasive financial analysis and advice which contributes to process improvements and influences resource allocation decisions, aimed at reducing cost and optimizing assets, resulting in increased shareholder value. 10. Ensure management reporting and financial management processes are dynamic and relevant. Uses the financial and operational information to support better decisions for driving business performance across all functions. 11. Develop and deploy appropriate tax and treasury strategy/policies to maintain shareholder value. 12. Design effective and efficient control systems with changing business needs. Has the knack to remain in touch with developments in the external environment, highlights implications and manages necessary changes. 13. Develop and deploy financial analysis and control techniques in developing and delivering HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Technical functional strategies. |
| - University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related business discipline. Have ACCA is a plus - At least 8-10 years Finance/Accounting experience in a multinational Finance environment. - Business understanding and awareness of all other functions and their interface with Finance - Experience and sound knowledge of accounting rules and principles and interpretation of local tax laws and accounting practices. - Experience in Sage System and other finance systems - Effective negotiation, influencing, communication and presentation skills to interact with people at all levels in the organisation (and outside). - Good leadership skills - Fluent command of English - Urgently need |
