	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:5-8 Age:30 40- Design Interior & Exterior drawing in office and some time go to check site - Develop of Interior Design concept and detail of production drawing - experienced Designer with a successful track record on interiors & architecture design for retail and commercial projects. In this position you will work closely with project manager from conception to construction. - High level of landlord/client interaction to determine the required interior & architecture design specifics - Work with project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objective Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions - Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings - Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs

	- Graduated with an experience on interior design/architecture projects - Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve both individually and as a part of a project teams - Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up, Photo Shop, In Design and Illustrator. PDF (Acrobat Professional is highly desired); Adobe? Creative Suite? 5-8 years Experience with Rivet a plus. - Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes - Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. - Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas - Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture or other qualify degree

Established in the early 1990s, UC has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industries. Started out in building row shop house in Olympic Market, UC has evolved and move on to build many famous Villas in Boeung Keng Kang District. With growing construction industry, UC gets more involved and cooperation with foreign investors and work closely with the government to help build a more vibrant city.
In the year 2000, UC has expanded into the market in Siem Reap building 5 Star Hotels equipped with large spacious function halls, Khmer style design restaurants and exquisite swimming pools. At the same time, UC also constructed Bopha Angkor Restaurant with a massive area of 4000sqm. by mixing Khmer style Architecture exterior with modern classical interior. Bopha Angkor is highly well known for its glass roof top design which allows natural light into the building to support the ever growing vast palm trees inside.
