工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age:24 30- Develop the Credit Policy, Manual, and Criteria for current product and new product - Review and revise the credit policy, manual, and criteria to improve the credit facilities - Implement and monitor the credit policy, manual and criteria to improve the judgment quality - Analyze the status of customer to improve the sale by keep the good quality of asset - Manage credit exposures through monitoring and ongoing assessment - Make the plan and strategy for the section to achieve the company target - Develop the section organizational structure - Manage and lead staff in the section to achieve the company target and section target - Manage, motivate and provide the training to the staffs to improve the working performance - Assist MD on necessary information and discuss all risk inherent in credit exposures - Daily report and progress to MD

职位要求

	- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration. - Minimum 5 years of experience in processing and assessing corporate loans. - Able to conduct financial analysis, cash flow projections and identify risks in respect of borrowers, loan structures, sectors and industries. - Able to articulate well with strong communication and writing skills. - Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
