We have been operating as Unilever (Cambodia) Limited since 2003 and have grown rapidly to become one of the leading companies in Cambodia. Our brands such as Viso, Breeze, Lux, Sunsilk, Clear, Dove, Close Up, Ponds and Knorr are widely available throughout the Kingdom and are market leaders in their categories. We are now urgently looking for qualified candidate to fill position of Brand Manager basing at our Unilever (Cambodia) Office in Phnom Penh. Main Duties: - Manage in getting consumer and customer insight in order to develop the right brand strategy. - Formulate brand plan vision, brand annual plan including integrated communication plan to drive business growth with alignment to global/regional direction and fit with local preferences for assigned brands. - Execute and monitor the integrated communication plan by coordinating with internal and external parties to achieve shared objectives in timely fashion. - Manage brand mix to deliver sustainable profit and manage annual & monthly budget for assigned brands

职位要求

	- At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Marketing Major) or any equivalent degree. - At least 3 years of marketing experience preferably in FMCG environment, but open for other consumer-facing industry. - Fluent command on both written and spoken English and local language proficiency. - Confident, fast moving, disciplined, reliable and friendly personality. - Flexible and be able to travel and work on mission in provincial areas. - Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power-Point, internet and e-mail… - Strong leadership skills and project management skills to lead multiple projects. - Team alignment and interpersonal skills to interface with different structure of the organization and multiples stakeholders/teams. - Holding self and others accountable in taking action and monitor progress. - Understanding Consumers and Shoppers
