工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Plans/Organizes product loading & deliveries in the most efficient and cost-effective manner and in compliance with safety, quality and environment rules/guidelines. Keeps a balance between meeting customer delivery commitments in terms of order size and delivery schedule - and delivery fleet optimization. The job holders keeps tracks of the active deliveries until completion, as well as keeps an active contact with drivers/transporters, customer representatives, sales team, storage depots, sales admin, GPS monitoring companies, and transport team.

职位要求

? Prepare daily trucks loading & deliveries schedule ? Every day issue the Delivery Note by using SAP-TL system and send to depots ? Organize and monitors the deliveries of customer linked to depots ? Receives COCO services station stocks and sale to estimate and forecast transfer orders ? Coordinate with depot regarding product deliveries schedule, and inform drivers accordingly ? Prepare priority truck loading and corporate with depots ? Monitor and follow up trucks deliveries to customers until completion, with the GPS systema s the main tool. ? Monitor trucks movement by using GPS system ? Monitoring trucks night deliveries coordination between the GPS-monitoring contractor ? Reviews the signed delivery notes of competed deliveries ? Collecting feedback from the drivers regarding vehicles and act accordingly ? Initiates contact with the drivers in cases of deviation from route plan and driving rules (Stops, Speed Limits, Nigh driving, Idling, Loss control, Following Route/Journey Plan) ? Prepares reports like parameters from driver performance and data in the Transport Dashboard such as but not limited to order sizes, cost, truck breakdown, etc ? Timely reporting of breakdown ? Timely transmittal of delivery schedules to depots and GPS monitoring contractor ? Timely reporting of delivery anomalies and problems ? Participates in Transport meetings and trainings. ? Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
