	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Main duties: - Manage plant's HFO process equipment; - Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices; - Manage the team, incl. shift scheduling, staff training & development; - Manage all material usage & maintenance costs; - Identify/analyze cases of equipment failure with proper preventive/corrective action; - Lead PM&R program for the plant's HFO process equipment. - Support manufacturing activities as required;
