	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: - Promote Daikou’s financial products and services to existing and new clients. - Provide orientation to clients about loan policy and contract. - Identify and/or assess potential clients through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment. - Disburse loan to approved clients, ensure that terms in loan contract are explained and understood by clients. - Perform loan collection with welcome and friendly loan collection services, immediately reinforce Group leaders to follow-up the absent/late clients during the collection. - Timely response to customer inquiries. - Timely arrive at the appointment meeting, kept fulfill promising with clients - Regularly call/visit or follow up loan clients. Remind them of on time payment on collection date. - Maintain existing clients and boost prospective and new loan clients by ensuring good customer services.

职位要求

	- Must understand and agree on Mission, purpose, values, and objectives - Minimum a student who is in progress of pursuing a university degree, graduates is preferred. - Must be in good physical and mental health. - Friendly and have a good inter-personal skills. - Must have a strong numeric skills, analytical and strong team-orientation preferred - Must be willing to live and work in the assigned area. - Must have commitment to work with the poor people in the community. - Willing to travel a lot on motorcycle into the rural areas and holding valid motorcycle driving license.
