| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:0.5Age:18 35- Provide invaluable services in making sure buildings are kept safe and in repair (bathroom, pump machine, generator, electric,...) - Do other jobs (exp. bell boy) as assigned by manager. The maintenance man will be responsible for performing maintenance duties at the hotel. Responsibilities include keeping property equipment functioning, and guest units in good repair and keeping premises presentable by performing the tasks in the maintenance manual and as directed by General Manager and Properties Manager. Assists with other hotel staff as directed. Assists guests in any way possible. General maintenance including painting, floor care, grounds maintenance and houseman cleaning duties. Plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills required. Strong work ethic. Quality references. |
