	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:No Age: The Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR), a non-aligned, independent and non-governmental human rights organization is seeking to recruit one Cambodian Candidate for the full time position of Project Intern for a period of six months to work in our office in Phnom Penh. The selected candidate will work closely with the Project of “Building Sustainable Partnership to Promote Women’s Political Representation in Southeast Asia, (“IKAT project”) based in Phnom Penh. S/he will receive a modest monthly stipend.

	· Recent university graduate or fourth year student in social sciences and related fields; · Fair command in English language—reading, writing and speaking; · Interest in women, gender issues and the situation of human rights in Cambodia; · Honest, hardworking and willing to learn; · Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet and Email; and · Have good communication skill; · No work experience is required. Responsibilities · Assist in monitoring women cases in relation to rights to political participation; · Assist in collecting information about individual cases of successful women in Cambodian politics; · Assist in filing up women candidate lists from political parties, and directory of NGOs working on women; · Assist in providing translation (Khmer into English and vice versa) to team; · Report to the project coordinator when needed; and · Provide necessary supporting role as well as administration work to the project team.
