工作描述
| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:Age: Prepare an engagement plan for each client with scheduled and purposeful contacts over the lifecycle of their programme in an agreed format Prepare results presentations and executive summaries and conduct results presentations to client groups Monitor programme performance by liaising with relevant stakeholders to stay informed about programme implementation (including high impact enquiry line issues and resolutions) Review each client’s programme on a quarterly basis making recommendations which will continue to improve and sustain the programme beyond each contract period Identify opportunities to upsell to existing clients by promoting the benefits and capabilities Initiate programme design improvements based on client feedback (including service standards development, programme specifications, site lists, launch kits and reporting and distribution requirements) Assist with customer engagement workshops with clients and review with Business Solutions prior to signoff |
职位要求
| At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a client management role, preferably in a services environment Outstanding presentation skills Effective problem solving ability Outstanding verbal (oral) and written communication skills both in English and Malay ( Mandarin & Cantonese is an advantage) Ability to communicate with all levels of management Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently Strong MS Office skills |
