工作描述

Vacancy Type:Finance/ Cage Work Experience:2 Age:18 40_Maintains working knowledge of cage operation internal function, Controls and software _Update and takes the initiative to convey pertinent information to team Member regarding policy or schedule changes. _Ensure efficiency and accurate performance standards are met by maintaining. _Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skill and assists team member with question pertaining to recovering variances, Handing guest disputes, counterfeit issues and internal control violations. _Consistently maintains professional rapport and confidentiality in communicating with other departments as required by procedures(I.e. IT, Security,CCTV,Gaming etc) _Takes responsibility for making sure team Members are trained and developed in Cage Operation and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules. _Demonstrates and understanding of HR duties to accurately track and record time off, early outs special request made by team members. _Assists Cage Manager with any other duties as assigned.

_ Foreigner (Female) _ Casino experiences of Cage _ College degree or some level of secondary education preferred. _ Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results _Ability to read complex documents and understand, Banking codes, gaming laws and company policies. _Ability to solve complex problems. _Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interpretive environment. _Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires am irregular work schedule.
