| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:7Age:30 50Head of HR will plays a key role in setting the Human Resources direction and strategies to build a high performance organization where there is a pool of talent to support functional activities as well as to enhance management succession. S/he also acts as a HR consultant to the Executive Management on anything related to people issue. S/he will responsible for the following tasks: 1) Set training and development direction, formulate strategies, drive training & development activities/process, Management Trainees program & local development programs 2) Set reward and remunerations direction, formulate strategies, direct the development of reward/benefits programs on the basis of market trends, conduct yearly salary review meetings to ensure the company's market competitiveness in attracting and retaining a pool of talents. 3) Advise on the design of the organization structure that supporting the business strategies, manage job evaluations and RMEC grading structure to ensure internal equity 4) Set resourcing and manpower strategies and input to the organization structure development. Drive the development of recruitment policies/programs, assessment tools 5) Set local expatriate remunerations policies to ensure the compensations/benefits align with the market practice, appropriate to the local market environment and in compliance with legal and taxation context of Cambodia. 6) Set the performance management system for non-management; drive the Performance Appraisal process and periodic audit the alignment of objectives across all other functions for performance measurement purpose. 7) Cultivate employee relations through regular Human Resource activities/communications and champion cross-functional recreation activities through directing the sports & recreation committee. 8) Set the staff cost budget for local & expatriates and establish budgetary control. 9) Drive organization development programs such as Employee satisfaction surveys, change programs, etc. 10) Drive the development of HR policies & governance process to support the organization operations. |
| We do looking for the person who has the following criteria: - Sound Human Resources knowledge with at least 5 to 7 years working experience at Human Resources Management level, strength in remuneration & talent management is an added advantage. - Mature, flexible, open mind to accept on-going changes and creative to develop solutions to react to sudden changes - Cultural sensitive and good communication / interpersonal skills in view of the working relationship with local partners and local authorities - Excellent coaching and development skills - Strong leadership in creating an environment that support the company values/vision |
