	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Credit Officers will be hired to serve for Kampong Cham branch, Suong Branch and Memut sub-brnach. The Credit Officer will be under the supervision of the Head Credit Officer or Sub-branch Manager. The Credit Officers shall be responsible for establishing, maintaining, monitoring and evaluating the operations of village banks. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Promote and establish new village banks through networking and using survey & research methodologies; - Maintain existing village banks and encourage new membership; - Assist village bank group leaders in their loan application; - Monitor closely loan utilization, loan repayment and savings generation; - Prepare monthly operation reports.

职位要求

	- Bachelor degree of Accounting and Banking & Finance or equivalent field; - Experience in handling loans/credit with other institutions preferable; - Experience in sale and marketing an advantage; - Skills in survey methodologies and techniques; - Basic English knowledge; - In-corruption, honesty, willingness to help the poor, and hard working; - Holding a national ID card and a valid driving license; and - Job applicants who have residence within work based location would be prioritized.
