工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: ? Act as the liaison with external regulator such NBC, rating, lawyer and other authority; ? Review and sign off all document required regulatory check such as contract, agreement, and MOU; ? Review and advise on document developed by relevant department on legal matter; ? Update an AML law and applicable Prakas and develop relevant tool, policy, and procedure and providing adequate training and refreshment to relevant staff and timely and accuracy of reporting to NBC and FIU; and ? Develop whistleblowing policy, procedure and tool and ensure staff awareness Update applicable law and regulatory requirement and spread an awareness to management and relevant staffs and provide training to all staff regarding to compliance policy and guideline; ? Conduct compliance check for selected department and area based on compliance risk assessment matrix and compliance gap analysis for major activities, policy and procedure and regularly monitor the non-compliance risk

	? Bachelor degree in finance, law or related field ? 3-year experience in compliance, legal advice, or related experiences ? Very Good at English and Khmer languages. ? Good interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skill. ? Dynamic, self-confident, healthy, and pleasant personality.
