工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 Age: - Supervise and guide Beer Promoters (BP) that are under his/her assigned territories to ensure that BP KPIs set for each region are achieved - Assist Key Channel Manger in formulating performance objectives - Ensure that the BP operational procedure/manual is applied accordingly - Measure and evaluate the performance of BPs in assigned territories - Implement BP deployment in accordance to agreed criteria - Motivate, coach and train BPs to become professional promotion team - Monitor, control and check BPs monthly salary preparation - Generate daily, weekly and monthly BP sale reports in area/region

职位要求

- Degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing or similar - 2 years experience in managing sales team and commercial/sales area - Good command of English, written and spoken - Computer knowledge (Ms. Office Applications) - Good communication and interpersonal skills, work commitment, problem-solving ability - Possess a valid driving license - Able to work at night and willing to be stationed in other provinces
