1. Sales Manager (1 post)

- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
- Monitor the sales team’s performance and motivate them to reach targets
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Collaborate with Director of Sales to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show
- Control overall expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Engage in the process of recruiting and training sales staff
- And other tasks assigned by Director of Sales or Executive Management

2. Executive Office Secretary (1 post)

- Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of your manager;
- Taking dictation and minutes;
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring your manager is well-prepared for meetings;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
- Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence;
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
- Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

3. Resident Host (Front Office) (3 posts)

- Liaise directly with guests to ensure their well-being, comfort, satisfaction and that perfection of service is attained. Liaising with all Head of Department on all guest welfare matters and to ensure that a smooth, courteous and efficient service is provided to the standards laid down by the management
- Greet all guests and all patrons in a warm and welcoming manner of Borei Angkor Resort & Spa
- Be thoroughly conversant with the Front Office System’s operation and to maintain the computer discipline at all times
- Liaise closely with Housekeeping regarding room allocations, early arrivals, VIP arrivals, group arrivals, room changes, early departures, request for cots and any other accommodation request
- Gather information for inclusion in the guest history system and check arrivals guest history records. Prepare relevant information and circulate to departments prior to guests check-in in order that necessary action may be taken
- At all times, conduct himself in a manner reflects the competence and professionalism of the Resident Host
- Adhere to the standards laid down in regards to punctuality, performance, attitude, team work, guest relations, staff relations, observance of the House Rules, loyalty to superiors and Management and inter-departmental cooperation
- Use discretion and tact when dealing with guest inquires, problems or complaints in an efficient and professional manner without detriment to the Resort and/or its reputation
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned to him/her by the Director of Resident Host,General Manager and the Management

4. Account Receivable (1 post)

- To check RAR daily and issue invoice for th TA/Customer
- To review the master contract
- To issue the customer Invoice based on the CLT Report
- To corporate with relevant departments to ensure job functions are done on time
- To issue Official Receipt when customer pays and update into the accounting system and PMS
- To make sure the collection target is achieved
- To collaborate with internal and external customer to improve cash collection and credit processing

职位要求

  1. Sales Manager

- 5-7 years of experience in a 5-star hotel
- Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
- Willingness to travel on business trips

2. Executive Office Secretary (Female Only)

- Bachelor Degree in Secretary or Administration.
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- It is necessary for you to have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound computer knowledge like Microsoft Office, Internet & Email and others
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a commercial or tourism business

In addition to supporting the top management [the Managing Director and the Vice Presidents], you also have your own personal workload and responsibilities. The scope of your role can be extensive and additional duties may include:

carrying out specific projects and research; being responsible for accounts and budgets; taking on some of the Executive Office Management's responsibilities and working more closely with all the resort management; being involved in decision-making processes.

3. Resident Host (Front Office)

- Tourism/Language degree in any hotel management/ Language school

4. Account Receivable

- Female or Male with pleasant personality
- Graduated in Accounting – Finance or equivalent preferred (or at least pursuing year 3 in the subject)
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position in hotel industry
- Computer literate(Quick Books, Room Master, Microsoft Office, Internet & Email, ...)
- Adequate knowledge of various Accounting Systems
- Remarkable communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Positive Attitude, hardworking, honest and efficient

5. Doorman/Bellhop

- High school graduate or higher education
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Good command of English language
- Good body build is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, hardworking, reliable, honest and efficient
- Ability to use MS Word & Excel is a plus

6. Waiter

- High school graduate or higher education
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Good command of English language
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, hardworking, reliable, honest and efficient
- Ability to use MS Word & Excel is a plus

7. Public Area Attendant

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
