	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Closing date: 30 Apr 2014 (Selection and start work on a monthly basis through the whole of each year) Project Summary The ASEAN 2015 Community People English Speaking Project (ASEAN CPEP) was organized and designed by a Social Enterprise Division (SED) of the SIDO Groups, in line with Education Program of SIDO – NGO (See more in: http://www.sido-cvl.org/sido_edu.html). The project is pleased to announce the opportunity only for those whose interest to join as a part-time or full time work (this is a volunteering work with no pay, suites to national and international (expats) both native and non-native English speaking in each ASEAN Member State, your contribution is needed). SIDO Groups has 3 main natures of work as: 1) NGO, 2) Enterprise and 3) Private Sectors. It is our mission and the project’s objective is to build up English capacity and knowledge to people from the grass-root communities within the 10 Asian countries (ASEAN Member State) to be able constantly communicate each other in English whether today or tomorrow. The project is aiming to support the ASEAN Strategic Direction in relation to the generation, promotion, and motivation the people of ASEAN member state, not only be able speaking English, but also be awareness of what is the ASEAN (felling a sense of ownership). In this case, the project (ASEAN CPEP) provides English teaching classes and provides a basis orientation and introduction about ASEAN, starting from local community people to national level in each country. The ASEAN CPEP also invites volunteers from all over the world to work in this particular project in teaching English. All costs are expecting to be covered by their own arrangement. The project team could only possibly help the volunteers to find a suitable placement and to organize their stay in Cambodia through the length of stay depends on the volunteer’s interests

Pre-post test provided to new school children and students ? Follow up a progressive and making changes if required ? Ex-post evaluation of the teaching result ? Teaching and coaching performance and delivery Requirement: ? University degrees or non-university degree (colleges) or any relevant diplomas ? Both written and verbal English – fluently or at an English standard that can able to teach is required ? Previous English teaching at any levels is a plus ? Knowledge of teaching methodology and pedagogy is desirable ? Commitment and generous contribution is required ? Adaptability and sensitivity to complex cultures and working environment is required
