| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:0Age:25 30- Control staff attendance. - Validate staff attendance record, overtime hours and staff’s leave of absence status. - Check staff’s time-in/out and updates Staff Attendance Record. - Arrange monthly card for all staffs. - Prepare relevant daily and periodic reports. - Assist HR Clerk in clerical works. - Take part in preparing and organizing employee relations. - Coordinate with HR Supervisor for Annual Evaluation or Probationary Evaluation’s record. - Control leave application; staff’s leave entitlement, working hours, overtime compensation hours, etc. - Generate various attendance records upon requested. - Assist in recruitment and first screen interview. - Any assignment required by HR Manager / Management. |
| 1. Bachelor Degree of Human Resource Management / Business administration. 2. Proficient in HR matter. 3. Very good in English. 4. Able to speak and write in Thai is prioritized. 5- Be honest, initiative, committed and possess a good interpersonal skill 6- Dynamic and pleasant personality. 7- Be flexible and high initiative. 8. Able to communicate well with all levels of people. 9. Good writing skills. 10. Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines. 11. Expert user of MS Excel, Access and numerically inclined. 12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 13. Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage. 14. Ability to work under pressure highly self-motivated. |
